Here's the TL;DR (actually, DO read it): En(title)d! (yes, with the exclamation, very important) is an events and conversation space for leaders of color in media, whether public media, podcasts, digital, newspapers, independent - if you create content, are a leader, soon-to-be leader, or want-to- be leader, this space is yours. Why specifically for leaders of color? Because leadership through a POC lens is different, and what we need in order to succeed and build healthy, sustainable teams and newsrooms is also different. So check out an event, subscribe to the newsletter for resources, reading materials or just a laugh about life in leadership today. Got questions about En(title)d!? Reach out. Take care of yourself. We need you!
